Radiologic Technology School

The radiologic technologist is a health care professional who administers prescribed radiation for the purpose of medical diagnosis. Radiologic technologists perform radiographic procedures on patients using technologically advanced equipment to produce images of anatomical structures for evaluation by radiologists (physicians).

Henry Ford Health, in partnership with various educational facilities, offers on-site training to students enrolled in Radiologic Technology programs. As part of the clinical education requirements set forth by the A.R.R.T and J.R.C.E.R.T, Henry Ford Health offers rotations to fulfill all requirements prior to graduation.

Current and future students in Radiologic Technology also have career opportunities at Henry Ford Health while they are enrolled in school. Students interested in Radiologic Technology can work in the field to gain exposure to their future endeavors, while gaining overall knowledge of the medical field. For career opportunities, visit Henry Ford Health - Careers.
