EMT Program

The EMT program at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital meets and exceeds State of Michigan and Emergency Medical Technician National Standard Curriculum requirements. This program consists of both classroom and online components (depending on the delivery model), providing a flexible yet rigorous learning environment. Clinical rotations are performed within various clinical partners around Michigan, offering hands-on experience in high-acuity settings. Successful completion of the Henry Ford Genesys Hospital EMT Program prepares the student for the NREMT Exam and State of Michigan licensure.

Class Time 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Class Days: Monday and Wednesday

Enrollment Opens: August 31, 2026
Enrollment Closes: October 1, 2026
Cost: $1,200 plus additional fees (textbook, clinical uniform, etc.)
