Destination: Grand
The expansion of Henry Ford Hospital will create a destination for people from down the street, across our region and around the globe. Donor support will enable us to create the hospital of the future, delivering the care that this community deserves. The hospital will feature all private patient rooms, modern technology and more for the comfort and convenience of patients, families and caregivers alike. We’re also joining forces with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab to create a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital, thanks to a generous donation from the Gilbert Family Foundation. -
Macomb Transformation
Henry Ford Macomb Hospital has proudly served as a cornerstone of a healthy Macomb County since 1899. With the opening of the Janet & Jim Riehl North Tower, we continue our legacy of innovation and community commitment. Donor support continues to enhance care experiences, improve our ICU capabilities and drive the campus transformation to becoming an all-private room facility matching the superior care provided. This is the largest healthcare investment in county history, symbolizing our dedication to setting a new standard of care in this community. -
Enhance Programs and Services
Donors can advance world-class care through investment in our departments, services and other programs that enhance care experiences for patients and whole communities. Gifts in support of people, programs and more create real impact, like the Shari & Stanley Finsilver and Family OncoStat, a program designed to provide cancer patients same-day support for the side effects and symptoms of treatment. The Finsilvers’ gift enables Henry Ford to expand its hours and the program to reach more patients when and where they need it most.
