During our weekly tumor board meetings, our vaginal cancer experts will discuss your case. They will share their expertise as they develop a treatment plan, manage your care, and help you to recover. Our tumor board includes specialists from several medical specialties:
- Gynecologic oncology (specializing in surgery and chemotherapy)
- Radiation oncology
- Radiology
- Pathology
- Clinical trials
- Nurse navigators
- Social work and supportive oncology services
Following the preparation of your treatment plan, our nurse coordinators will help arrange all your necessary appointments. Your emotional needs are important as you deal with vaginal cancer. We offer a variety of support services that help to decrease anxiety and stress during and after treatment.
