There are many effective treatments available for non-invasive (superficial) and invasive bladder cancer diagnoses. Our team has experience with all types of treatment, including national expertise in robotic bladder surgery. We’re here to give you the best cancer care possible.

Our multidisciplinary team of bladder cancer experts — urologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists and nurse navigators  — meet weekly as part of a tumor board to create a personalized treatment plan that is unique to your cancer type and stage, along with your priorities for care.

Your treatment plan may include one or more of these options:

• Robot-assisted surgery, including cystectomy
• Bladder reconstruction during surgery
• Chemotherapy 
• Immunotherapy and/or intravesical therapy (within the bladder)
• Radiation therapy

As part of your treatment plan, your care team may discuss your eligibility to participate in one or more clinical trials. These studies help researchers discover whether a new treatment or technique may be more effective than the current standard of care. Clinical trials may give you access to advanced therapies that are not yet available elsewhere.
