I specialize in Sports Medicine.
Dr. Nayak serves as the team physician for Macomb Community College and Marygrove College. She is involved in the medical education of medical students, residents and primary care sports medicine fellows, and an active member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
Philosophy
My goal is to use a comprehensive approach in helping patients achieve a safe return to activity, while empowering them with the knowledge to stay fit and healthy.

I have seen Dr Nayak in the past and I have to say the reason I think of her first when I have a physical issue is because she is the best! She makes sure to listen and ask questions if we are not understanding each other. The best of all she is an excellent doctor and kind and compassionate. I can't say enough about her! Henry Ford needs more doctors like her.

Dr. Kayak was excellent, she showed concerns for my issue and provided me with a recommendation that had not been suggested by other providers regarding my health and I have suffered with back and spine issues for over 25 years. Dr. Nayak took the time to try to evaluate the possible ROOT causes of my current pain and discomfort. I appreciate Dr. Nayak's approach and concerns with suggestions/referral to see a Specialist to address my medical issues.
