We offer a wide range of international patient support services to make your visit comfortable and stress-free. Our care coordination team delivers personalized attention before, during and after each visit to ensure your well-being and satisfaction.

Your first point of contact when becoming a Henry Ford Health international patient is our care coordination team. They facilitate communication with your doctors, provide cost information and schedule physician appointments and treatments. Our team can also help advise on any necessary pre-testing in your home country before traveling to the U.S.

When it’s time to come to our facilities, the coordinators will assist you in making international travel plans, such as help with obtaining mandatory travel documentation and meeting United States travel requirements. We are abe to greet and escort patients and family members upon arrival. Interpreter services are available in more than 120 languages, including services available to patients who are deaf or hearing-impaired.
