Amanda Warden, LMSW, is a psychotherapist with a focus on practical, real-world approaches to mental health and emotional wellness. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and has extensive experience working across inpatient psychiatric settings and integrated healthcare.

For the past five years, Amanda has been part of the Behavioral Health Integration team at Henry Ford Health, where she works at the intersection of medical and mental health care. Her work focuses on helping individuals better understand their internal experiences while developing sustainable tools for resilience, performance, and everyday functioning.
