Visiting Hours and Policy

Revised June 28, 2023

At Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, we are committed to keeping our patients and their loved ones connected while delivering safe, high-quality care. To help ensure the safety of our patients, please review our Visitor Policy before coming to our hospital.

Patients and visitors are no longer required to wear masks in our facilities. If you are immunocompromised and admitted to the hospital unit or visiting someone who is immunocompromised in the hospital unit, we kindly ask that you continue to wear a mask. We also ask that you wear a mask if you have cold-like or COVID-19 symptoms, and of course, everyone is still welcome to wear masks if they choose to do so.

Our team members are also no longer required to wear masks, except in our inpatient hospital units where we care for immunocompromised patients such as oncology, transplant and neonatal intensive care units. You can ask your care team to wear masks if it makes you more comfortable.

We encourage you to talk to your care team if you have any questions.
