Application Information

We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Completed applications are reviewed for interview selection and must include the
following items:

• Application
• Medical school transcript
• COMLEX/USMLE score reports
• Dean’s letter
• Letters of recommendation (3)
• Personal statement

The application deadline for the academic year is December 15th. Because we offer a limited number of interview slots, we encourage students to apply early. Applicants selected to interview will be contacted by the Medical Education Coordinator for General Surgery.

Audition rotations for medical students are accepted on a first come first serve basis. We encourage two week rotations but on a case by case basis we will consider four week rotations.
