Application Process

The Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State University Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowship participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and all information is processed through this system without exception. Information regarding the ERAS application process and timeline is available on the ERAS website.

Minimum Requirements

  • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
  • ERAS application
  • Personal statement
  • Letters of recommendation - a minimum of 3 (ERAS can hold up to 4)
  • USMLE/COMLEX scores
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Photo

NOTE - When listing publications, please make sure to include the PMID number

Program Eligibility

Eligibility for the URPS Fellowship Program requires a satisfactory completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology or Urology residency approved by the American Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the Council of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (CRCPSC). Individuals accepted for a position in the fellowship program must be U.S. citizen, classified as a resident alien, or hold a J-1 visa.
