Antimicrobial Stewardship Program

The Division of Infectious Diseases and the Department of Pharmacy have come together to create the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program. Dr. Allison Weinmann, and Rachel Chambers PharmD staff this program. The mission of this program at Henry Ford Hospital is to improve patient outcomes through optimization of antimicrobial therapy and support the education of healthcare providers.
