Cancer Survivorship Celebration 2024

A Day at the Zoo

At the upcoming 2024 Henry Ford Cancer Survivorship celebration, set amidst the wild wonders of the Detroit Zoo, cancer survivors and their cherished guests will be greeted with open paws. Attendees will be treated to complimentary parking and tickets for zoo entry, along with a free breakfast fit for the hungriest of lions. Other festivities include photo opportunities for guests to capture memories with their pride, information on a menagerie of support services, free commemorative t-shirts to wear like badges of honor, and full-day access to the Detroit Zoo and its exhibits.

It will be a day where survivors don't just walk, they leap forward with the grace of gazelles, proving that with courage and community, they can conquer any challenge that comes their way.

About the event

Who: All Henry Ford Cancer survivors are invited with one guest.
When: Saturday, June 1, 2024. Zoo opens at 9:00 am, and breakfast will be available until 11:00 am. Check-in for guests to receive their tickets will be open until 12:00 pm.
