Biographical Statement
Dr. Estrada has gained experience working in the athletic training room of Life University. He has worked with a variety of athletes in different sports such as basketball, baseball, golf and rugby. He was also fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Kennesaw University’s athletic trainers to gain more insight into injuries and how to properly treat and prevent them. Having worked at different clinics around the metro Detroit area he brings different perspectives and experience to his approach to treating patients. His clinical experience is based on sports, functional movement and mechanics. The experience he has gained from working in different environments also allowed him to address patients from pregnant people to advanced aged individuals.

Care Philosophy
I believe that listening to the patient allows me as a doctor to serve them to the best of my ability. Catering a care plan specifically to the origin or the problem and for the patients need allows for the best outcomes.
Research Interests
Areas of research that I am interested in are how lifestyle changes such as diet, recovery and functional habits can affect the longevity of the human body. Learning the different changes that can be introduced to mindful individuals can add quality years to the lives of patients. Is there a key characteristic that can be determined which, when given the right environmental factors and variables, allows the human body to perform at its most optimal state?
