Biographical Statement
Dr. Ilaaf Darrat is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in pediatric otolaryngology. She provides comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents with conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head and neck. Her clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of complex pediatric airway disorders, hearing conditions, sleep-related breathing disorders and other ear, nose and throat conditions.
Dr. Darrat earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and subsequently completed a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at the University of Michigan. Her advanced training equips her to care for children with both routine and highly specialized otolaryngologic needs.
Dr. Darrat is committed to delivering compassionate, family-centered care and works closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans that support optimal health and quality of life.
