WE NEED YOUR HELP! PLEEZE!

We are in the process of updating our HFH Emergency Medicine Alumni data base. You will soon be receiving a letter from us that includes the current contact information we have for you as well as a short (3 questions) survey. Please look it over, update it as necessary, and respond to the survey. Then just put letter in the pre-addressed prepaid postage letter and send it back to us.
