Neighbors Caring for Neighbors Clinics

At Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, our mission to provide Macomb County residents with the best possible healthcare requires us to extend services well beyond the four walls of our hospitals. Our ultimate goal is to keep people healthy. To do that, we are partnering with other community-based organizations to expand and maintain healthcare access for all residents of our community, including the uninsured. Our Neighbors Caring for Neighbors clinics are one way we extend our care.
