The Patient and Family Advisory Council
Creating an Exceptional Care Experience
Henry Ford Jackson Hospital (HFJH) is committed to creating an exceptional experience for every patient and visitor, every day. The PFAC mission: Impact the delivery of healthcare at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital by advocating for safe and compassionate care for every member of our diverse community.
The PFAC is a special group of community members who share their views and experiences to help us continually improve our service. PFAC members have typically had a personal or family experience with HFJH.
The HFJH PFAC is a unique opportunity for you to be an active part of Henry Ford Health. The PFAC meets ten times a year with the exceptions being August and December. Meetings may include presentations from senior leadership so the council members can learn more about the services and operations of HFJH, as well as opportunities for council members to provide input and feedback to leadership on various topics.
Henry Ford Jackson Hospital wants to know if we are meeting the needs and expectations of our patients. PFAC members, if willing, can provide input from their own health care experiences.
