Veronica Hall, MBA, MSM, RN is the president of Henry Ford Hospital, a state-of-the-art, 877-licensed bed tertiary quaternary care hospital, education and research center located in Detroit. The flagship of Henry Ford Health, the hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center and is recognized for clinical excellence in the fields of cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics and sports medicine, transplant and cancer.
Hall provides leadership and oversight of the hospital and its 53-acre campus, while developing and implementing strategies that provide high quality and cost-effective health care. She ensures clinical and administrative services meet population/market needs and delivers improved health and performance within its site of care and community.
Over her 35 year career at Henry Ford Hospital, Hall has worked in a number of roles, including a bedside nurse, nurse manager and quality director as well as holding positions in hospital administration. She most recently served in a dual role as the Chief Operating Officer for Henry Ford Hospital and Chief Nursing Officer for Henry Ford Health with oversight of over 4,000 inpatient and outpatient registered nurses at six hospitals and more than 35 medical centers.
Hall earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Michigan Organization of Nurse Executives, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Wayne State University Board of Visitors and City Year Detroit.
