Instructions: Please complete all information on this form to apply for housing.

You will be notified when a unit is available for you.

Student Apartment Rate
(Please check rotation)

4 week rotation: $300.00/ person
6 week rotation: $450.00 / person

Key Deposit: $10 (refundable pending return of key).
Security Deposit: Equal to the 4 or 6 week rotation student rate indicated above (refundable less damage assessment, after vacating the apartment building).
