At the height of COVID-19 when visitors weren’t allowed in the hospital, Officer Anthony Fields met an upset woman. Her husband was in the hospital, and she had lost her phone—so she couldn’t get updates on his care. Anthony bought and activated a new phone for her so that the two could connect once again.
