How to Join Henry Ford Insights

We want to hear from a diverse group that represents the communities we serve. Right now, we are recruiting new members who are 18-64 years old. If you are 18-64 years old and would like to join Henry Ford Insights, please join today and complete a new member survey.

We set membership quotas to ensure that we have a balance of age groups in our community that is representative of our entire patient population. We are grateful for the overwhelming interest from individuals who are 65 years of age and older, who make up a large portion of our community and continue to provide valuable feedback. As space becomes available in our community for this age group, we will reopen recruitment.
