Zain is relationship builder, connector, and a healthcare innovator, with a passion for customer service. Zain serves as Manager of Innovation, Partnerships, Communication, and Development at Leamington District Memorial Hospital (LDMH), connecting and aligning people, ideas, and strategies between the hospital, foundation, and Hospice Erie Shores Campus. In addition, is a Youth Entrepreneurship Coach for Rise Asset Development.

Having extensive experience working in the hospitality industry, Zain is particularly interested in innovations that improve the patient experience and “humanize the health system”. Zain is also interested in strengthening relationships between healthcare innovators in the US and Canada as he is a US citizen and works closely with entrepreneurial groups in Detroit and Southeast Michigan.

Zain has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Odette School of Business, and has completed an executive program in health system innovation at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Lastly, Zain is a board member for a social enterprise called Sharing In Health (SiH).
