Zora is an oncology nurse navigator at the Henry Ford Cancer participating in the new cancer model aiming to provide the best care experience. Zora’s research experience led to publications and presentations. Zora’s passion for patient engagement, Lean Gold training, and nursing informatics knowledge can be used to develop a scheduling app. Zora is married with two adult children, a son-in-law, and a furry grandbaby.
Zora graduated from the U. of W. with a B.Sc. and a DN from St. Clair College, a M.S.A. from C.M.U., a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Behavioral Foundations from W.S.U. as a Mathematics Genealogy Project member and G.P. scholarship recipient, and a B.S.N. from Aspen, and completing a M.S.N. as a HF School of Nursing Alumni scholarship recipient. Zora volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Society, tutors foreign students, flips houses with her family, is an avid walker, and reupholsters small furniture.
