Ali was born and raised in Mumbai, India. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at The University of Connecticut prior to moving to Detroit. He is currently in his final year of fellowship and is chief fellow in Hematology Oncology at Henry Ford. Having trained in different hospitals from the time he started medical school in India he has witnessed the practice of medicine in a variety of settings. Ali believes change is inevitable and is the very basis of our evolution. He takes immense pride in being part of Henry Ford Hospital which embraces change and is at the leading edge. He is interested in digital healthcare innovations that make workflow easier and more efficient for hospital staff.
