Welcome to the Henry Ford St. John Emergency Medicine Residency Webpage. You are
embarking on an exciting journey as you search for the EM training program that suits your learning style. I am very proud of our program, and its track record of training excellent clinicians and leaders! Our Emergency Department, with 73 private patient care rooms and a resuscitation area that holds 8 critical patients simultaneously, it’s a state-of-the-art EM Facility and a great place to learn your craft.

The most important asset to our program, however, are the stellar people involved, the faculty, residents, nurses, ancillary and office staff, in addition to the interesting patients you will encounter and treat.

The variety and acuity of disease processes encountered by our resident staff is vast and as a result, the clinical acumen they develop is strong. The experience we offer to you as a resident will enable you to excel in your practice wherever you shall land!
