Henry Ford Physician Network Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacists are trained to provide patient care that incorporates medication regimens to deliver optimal therapeutic outcomes. This is accomplished through the integration of each patient's personal health care goals with evidence-based medicine and in collaboration with the patient's physicians.

Our team of clinical pharmacists is comprised of highly experienced professionals holding Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degrees coupled with the completion of residency or fellowship programs specializing in the outpatient clinic setting. This strong academia and practical knowledge base creates a team of ambulatory clinical pharmacists that is exceptionally qualified. In addition to our staff of clinical pharmacists, our ambulatory pharmacy team utilizes specially trained pharmacy technicians to perform all non-clinical and certain clinical tasks to improve our efficiency.

Our Medication Therapy Management work has been recognized internationally, nationally and locally through the receipt of awards and speaking invitations.
