David J. Breen

For decades, David Breen has been an accomplished senior executive and trusted business advisor with diversified experience providing operational, financial and governance expertise to multi-billion-dollar corporations in automotive, industrial products and insurance industries.

Breen had a 42-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP(PwC) where, in addition to serving clients, he held many management roles at the regional, national and global levels. He was Market Managing Partner for the Michigan and Northwest Ohio practice, Operations Leader for the US Assurance Practice and North American Automotive Industry Leader, among other roles.

Breen is Chair of Henry Ford Health, serves as a member and Chair of its Strategic Planning and Nominating and Governance Committees, and sits on its Audit and Compliance Committee.
