Once you have created an account with the All of Us Research Program and completed the two consent forms and three surveys, you are ready to schedule your clinic visit to officially become one in a million!

The All of Us Research Program has several convenient clinic locations throughout Michigan. Although most locations accept walk-in appointments, we encourage you to call our toll-free line at 844-893-3908 to schedule an appointment. This ensures timely assistance for your busy schedule. 

During your appointment we will take some basic physical information like blood pressure, height, weight and body measurements. You will also be asked to provide blood and urine samples. Although everyone is different, the physical portion of your visit will likely take between 15 and 30 minutes.
