Michelle Thrun is a Principal Performance Improvement Consultant with Henry Ford Jackson Hospital. Michelle joined the hospital in 2001 as an intern and since has continually had the opportunity to advance to more strategic roles. Michelle started her career in Process Improvement in 2015 and earned a Masters in Business and the American Society for Quality Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in 2017.

In her current role Michelle facilitates small and large scale process improvement projects, mentors performance improvement students, and continuously strives to spread the word about the benefits of embracing the Lean Six Sigma methodology to optimize the patient, physician, and staff experience.

Michelle is known to be very passionate about her work and is eager to learn how digital technology will enhance her contributions to Henry Ford Health.
