Iani Patsias, M.D.

Cardiology Fellow, Heart & Vascular Henry Ford Health

Iani is originally from Peru, and also attended medical school in Peru. He moved to Detroit to do an Internal Medicine Residency and is currently doing a Cardiology Fellowship with the Heart and Vascular here at Henry Ford. Iani has always been interested in the versatility and impact of technology in healthcare. With experience in two very different health care models in regard to access, opportunity and cost, Iani was even more interested. He hopes this fellowship will provide the tools necessary to understand the problems and opportunities to reduce gaps in patient care, both in low and high-tech countries.

Iani likes to spend his free time with friends and family. He loves the outdoors, sports and enjoys playing guitar.
