Germaine is a native Michigander and has a BSN from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Walsh College. She has worked at Henry Ford for 17 years in multiple roles. She began her clinical liaison role when working at a long-term care facility. That is where her interest in the impact of technology in healthcare began. Her current role at Henry Ford allows her to drive process improvement and quality initiatives. She is passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes. She also strives to assist in improving the usefulness and efficacy of the electronic medical record to implement positive change.
