Jamie Luoma is the management analyst for the telemedicine program at the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare System. His day-to-day operations include: data analytics, project management, process improvement, policy creation, technical components, and technology resources. In addition to program management duties locally, he provides consultative support to 6 other healthcare systems, including 30 outpatient clinics across a 4-state region.

He began his healthcare career as a program analyst, VA Integrated Service Network 11 (VISN 11) Regional Office, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He supported programs such as strategic planning, virtual care, and clinical quality management. He was the principle liaison for all correspondence between Washington D.C. VA Central Office and VISN 11 Regional Office.

Jamie received his Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from Eastern Michigan University, where he served as member to the Health Administration Student Organization. He received his Master of Business Administration degree in strategic management from Davenport University, where he served as member and group leader to The National Society of Leadership and Success.
