Senior Performance Measurement Analyst

Jackie currently serves as a Senior Performance Measurement Analyst in Clinical and Quality Analytics at New Center One. Most of her work consists of creating reports in Epic for all departments and hospital units, utilizing SQL code and Crystal Reports. The majority of reporting requests she completes pertain to quality metrics, physician benchmarking, and new modules. Most recently, she has been heavily involved in the Home Health and Hospice module go-live last June and the new transplant Phoenix module set to go-live in April of 2020.

Jackie graduated with a B.S. in Neuroscience with a minor in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan—Ann Arbor. Some of her extracurricular activities include playing in various volleyball leagues and serving as a board member for the nonprofit Minds Matter of Detroit, Inc. She is also a board member for WIN, the women’s improvement network employee resource group at Henry Ford Health.
