I am International trained physician aspiring to practice medicine in United states. I started my research career at Revival research institute in 2020 as a research coordinator in the Department of Dermatology . During that time, I was mainly responsible for recruiting patients, screening them, and obtaining consent from them, Obtaining lab samples and specimens for clinical trials. I joined Henry Ford Health system in 2021. I am currently working as IRB regulatory coordinator at CTO for Phase 1.Knowledge to include but not limited to coordinating with internal departments, study start-up tasks, compliance for setting up new studies and to communicating between fellow sites and sponsors. I am keen learner, active listener, and a great team player. I am logical thinker, Innovative in my approach to complete the assigned tasks.
It has always been a passion of mine to learn new/smart ways of solving challenges faced during assigned tasks. Despite being a smart learner, I have always found technology to be a challenge. There is still much to learn about innovation in health care practice. I hope this fellowship will allow me to fill that void. During this fellowship program, I will gain new skills that will not only be useful in my current position, but also in mentoring young people back home who are so able
