Scott is a project manager at Henry Ford supporting a number of assignments aimed at ambulatory operations, patient access, and various business development initiatives. Scott has been with the organization for more than eight years spending time in the medical affairs/practice development office, HFMG business office and most recently in access operations. Some of Scott’s key interests include: clinical operations, quality and process improvement, data analytics, strategic planning and the digital patient experience. Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Detroit-Mercy, as well as a Master’s in Business Management from Michigan State University. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, sports (particularly golf and baseball), volunteering in the community and supporting all things Detroit.
