Madhurima graduated as the Chief Administrative Resident from Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at Henry Ford Health and is now working in the Department of Women’s Health as Senior Staff Physician. Her career interests are high quality cost effective obstetric care delivery, advanced perinatal care and Hospital administration. She is particularly interested in serving communities with socio economic challenges and has experience volunteering in rural communities in India. Teaching residents and medical students is her passion. Madhurima and her husband have two lovely children, who are the root and the remedy of their daily troubles. She enjoys traveling, cooking and reading. She was raised in India and has been trained in Kuchipudi, a South Indian classical dance style, as well as Veena, a stringed musical instrument. She speaks Tamil, Telugu and English fluently. Madhurima is thrilled to be part of Henry Ford Innovation Institute.
