Anwar A. Jebran, M.D.

Jebran AnwarAnwar A. Jebran, MD is an Internal medicine physician who believes technology is the solution for the healthcare industry. He is an immigrant who was born and raised in Damascus, Syria. He finished his Internal Medicine Residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. Dr. Jebran has a long interest in entrepreneurship, clinical informatics, health IT, and media. In 2019, he won the American College of Physicians - MIT National Hackathon to improve inpatient workflow. He co-founded a media platform for Arab Americans in North America to connect with their cities (Arabicmediacompany.com).

He is currently an internist at Michigan Premier Geriatrics PLLC. He is also the co-founder and CMO of Healthcare Heroes Project, a storytelling & content creating platform for frontline healthcare workers risking it all day amid the COVID-19 crisis. He is a physician liaison at the ACP leadership counsel, a speaker, and an entrepreneur.
