Erika L. Jackson is currently a Project Specialist for Henry Ford Home Care, where her primary responsibilities are scheduling home health aide appointments, assisting with billing verification and insurance authorizations, and processing clinical referrals. In 2014, Ms. Jackson received a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and management at Wayne State University. In addition to working a full time job, and attending graduate school, Ms. Jackson volunteers once a week as assistant coach for the TaylorMade Cheerleading Factory’s Baby Diamond Dollz. Ms. Jackson believes that anything is possible with hard work and dedication, and that every day she is one step closer to fulfilling her dreams.
