Kajon Franklin is the Operations Director with Henry Ford Healths Divisions of Allergy and Rheumatology. Kajon joined Henry Ford Health in 2011 as a Business Office Supervisor in the department of Business Operations where she led several front desk operations teams and implemented changes to the health system’s registrations processes. Through this work, she has had the opportunity to further her career into other leadership roles within the health system. Some of Kajon’s key interests include clinical operations, patient experience, and employee engagement. Kajon earned an associate degree in Management Supervision from Washtenaw Community College, a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a master’s degree from Cleary University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree from Walden University. In her spare time, Kajon enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
