Christina EyersDr. Christina Eyers is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BS, Movement Science), the University of Alabama (MA, Health Studies), and Central Michigan University (EdD, Eduational Leadership). She is board certified and licensed as an athletic trainer and has worked with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes. Prior to her role as Manager of Athletic Training, Christina spent a decade as an Assistant Professor/Clinical Education Coordinator at Central Michigan University. Her interest in leadership started with her serving the profession of athletic training, which she currently serves on the Michigan LARA Board of Athletic Trainers, and translated over into her day to day duties at Henry Ford Health. In her 7 years at Henry Ford Health, Christina has been involved with expansive growth of athletic training and sports medicine services. She hopes that the Davidson Fellowship will provide translational skills and experiences for better care and communication to the outreach community that Henry Ford Sports Medicine serves.
