Darby Russell

I have been a nurse for 25 years and in health care for 28 years. I have taken an active role in growing my knowledge and skillset by engaging and participating in numerous committees, strategy & process improvement work, training opportunities, and by furthering my education. In one of my roles, I was the lead for preparation, education and transitioning an ED to an electronic medical record. My background has been in med/surg, emergency, forensics, and quality. I completed my Masters of Nursing in Health Systems Management in December 2017. My professional drive and motivation is my passion for helping others and supporting my team so that we can deliver the safest and best quality care possible.

Outside of work, I have been very blessed as well. I am married to my best friend and have the 2 greatest kids in the world. They are always there to support and cheer me on.
