Andrea has been a Physician Assistant for over 10 years focused mostly in orthopedics. She's spent the last 2 years here at Henry Ford Main Campus with the Total Joint Division specializing in Total Hip and Total Knee replacement. She received her BS Degree from Michigan State with a focus in Kinesiology and her MS in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Detroit Mercy. She enjoys problem solving and working together with her team of orthopedic surgeons, nurses and medical assistants to find creative solutions. She is passionate about the continuity of care for her patients and has worked on various projects to improve patient accessibility. She is also focused on streamlining existing tools to make improvements to the patient care experience. In her spare time when she is not at work she really enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and two sons.
